Minutes for PAC June Meeting Monday 6/13/2011
The meeting was held at Godfather's Pizza.
Club President Bruce Fogle brought the meeting to order at 6:30PM.
Six members were in attendance.

Further discussion on arrangements for the 2011 PAC challenge.
--Members report that J.D. Buchanan Rd and Wolfe Hollow are torn up, but ride-able. The County is hoping to get this area repaved before the day of the event.
--Several members have commitments from area businesses for donations.
--There will be 3 rest stops located in the same spots as in previous years.
--By next meeting will need to determine which members have the coolers and signs.
--Brad is working on Tee Shirts. Anyone with a donation of $100 or more and a corporate logo need to get
the logo to Brad.
--Steve will arrange for the Porta-pots.
--It was decided that the road markings are best done as close to the event date as possible.
Bruce, Tim, Rod and Doug represented the PAC at the YMCA's Patriot Drive Day at JMMS on Sunday 6/12/11.
Steve Agent worked to clear biking trails at Pennyrile State Park on 6/12/11.
New business
Upcoming Area Rides:
--RACK (Ride Around Central Kentucky) will be August 6th at the Grayson County Fairgrounds (Leitchfield,
KY). The 46 and 62 miles rides start at 7:30 a.m. The 30 mile ride starts at 8:00 a.m. The 15 mile ride starts at 8:30 a.m. There is NO CHARGE for the event. A free B-B-Q dinner will be held after the ride.
