Event Features: *Men's and Women's overall awards in run. *Men's, Women's and Team overall awards in duathlon. *T-Shirts to all participants *Refreshments.
Divisions: Age divisions will be every 5 years. Awards presented according to entries from prior events Team event-ages will be added then divided by 2 for agre group awards. (Team = 2 participants)
Entry Fee: Early Registration (before June 14th) Run $15.00 Duathlon (individual) $30.00 Duathlon (Team) $55.00
Late Registration (June 15th - June 21st) Run - $20.00 Duathlon (individual) $35.00 Duathlon (Team) $60.00

Too,, bad I'm on the sidelines this yr. I'd put the hurt on you Roger. haha ;D (JK) I'm just handing out water this yr but I got your ## for next yr. hehehe
Matter of fact I think this how I got sidelined to begin with!!! Racing these young guns..

Ahhh, I've heard it all before from Kirk.. "I'm going to do this" and "I'm going to do that". Tell him he's too big of a sissy to run with the big dogs!!! hahaahaa Last I heard he was wanting to do the Ownesboro Tri. then he wanted to do a half Ironman. blah, blah, blah.. I think he's scared of a go ole dose of butt whooping.. C.ya in the morning!!

haha......yea its all i can do to get him on his bike these days....but he did miss work thurs and is now sporting a nice knee brace......lol

The race was fun. I did better than last year. And did not passout after the race. It was very hot . The Y did a great job having water where needed. Some time in the race I think someone put a brick in my pocket. But all in all it was fun. Thanks to all the PAC that where out there cheering me on. Cindy ;D

Cindy, Great job............you really had the hammer down when you passed by at mile ~10.......excellant form!!

great job to everyone that worked and participated in the event. Sorry I wasn't there but some of my sweat was. I wrenched Drew Brewer's Orbea the night before swapping out wheels, setting seat height and angle. I also got to glue my first tubular tire which is a three day process.
I hear Cindy's time was a PR for her. Great Job!
